Refund policy

At Lakshsri, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We accept returns or replacements only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

To request a return or replacement:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share order number and product photos

Conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless damaged

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
